Scoliosis can be thought of as one of these bells being out of place (your main curve). This misalignment causes a ripple effect, throwing the other bells out of alignment, too. In our body, this means that the primary curve can lead to compensatory curves and changes in other parts of the body as it tries to maintain balance. Just like realigning a set of bells so that each one hangs correctly, organizing the scoliotic body is about understanding and correcting the misalignments in the body’s structure and restoring the overall harmony and balance.
